Module Description:
Participants will consider what is currently working in their leadership and work style, any challenges and what they want to do to enhance their leadership. Each person will explore their own work style, decision-making and communication style. Leaders will be asked to define their core personal values, and how to live more in alignment with those. Leader’s will identify their current communication habits, the impact, and practical strategies to improve.
Key Outcomes:
Recognize concepts of values-based leadership, explore their current experience.
Develop awareness of work style, decision-making and communication style and how these may be impacting those around them.
Identify strategies and practices to improve their communication habits.
Define their core personal values and how to live more in alignment.
Total hours: 8 hrs; in-person
Module Description:
In this second module, building on the first module, we add a focus on the key skills required to be a more effective leader. Participants will explore and expand their awareness of their listening capabilities, questioning and influencing style, cultivating self and shared awareness and their discernment practices. Each leader will deepen their skills in practical, hands-on activities with real-time feedback. Learners will leave this session inspired to continue to make progress on these vital skills.
Key Outcomes:
Learning and practice of key leadership skills, with real-time feedback from team members allowing for the enhancement of each skill for every leader.
Increased attention and commitment to practicing these skills on a daily basis through accountability partnerships and learning pods.
Total hours: 8 hrs; in-person
Module Description:
In this final module, participants will develop their conversational capacities through learning and practice, focusing on recognizing different work styles and how to better adapt and connect. We will explore the whole-human system and the importance of shared values in creating culture, and how better conversations are the path toward better alignment, connection and results.
Key Outcomes:
Each leader will practice strategies to better recognize different styles and adapt and connect more effectively with others
Leaders will explore the difference between communication and conversation and what conversation practices will connect them more effectively with their teams, clients and colleagues.
Participants will understand the connectedness of the whole human system and the importance of their own role.
Each leader will receive a Certificate of Completion of the Leadership Development Program.
Total hours: 8 hrs; in-person
